Rent Payments

 

Rent is due on the first day of each month and can be dropped off in our drop box or mailed.  Please keep in mind, rent must be received by the 1st of each month. 

 

Please make sure you:

  • Write your rental address in the memo section of your check (lower left).

  • Rent paid by someone else?  If so, please make sure they write your name and the rental address on the check.

  • Put your check in an envelope with your rental address written on the front of the envelope.

Late Fees

 

Rent is due the 1st of the month. 

Delinquent Rent Payments: Late charges are outlined in your lease agreement.   

 

Rent Drop Box

 

Rent may be deposited in our drop box per the instructions in your lease agreement.  Please contact us for directions. 

 

Cash Rent Payments

 

If you plan to pay in cash please contact us by phone or text message, 706-202-5156, to make the proper arrangements for a receipt.

 

Rent by Mail

Please make sure that rent payments by mail are mailed early enough to arrive no later than the 1st of the month.​

 

Online Payments

Please enter the amout you would like to pay and click "Pay Rent Now." Your billing information will be requested on the following screen.

Please note that a 3% payment surcharge will be added to all payments. Please provide three days for payment processing to avoid late fees.
